How can you move through your life and experiences with more curiosity and less judgement?
What do you "know" is the right move for you, but you still feel fear in your body. Go do it and then see what is coming up for you to address/get support around.
Start noticing the difference between your knowings and how you feel about doing the big things. Follow your knowing as sometimes the feeling of safety won't show up until after you make the move.
Where can you add more "go all in" long term energy/actions to your life, business, career?
How can you more continuously stay on your leading edge of expansion?
Where are you dropping your power in the "mundane" or when you aren't receiving the immediate validation from others in praise, clients coming in, approval etc? Anchor back into your big vision in these moments and remember quantum leaps are created from quantum moves yes, and also in your energy and actions inside the present moment, which is often made up of smaller moments.
Write a list of activities that bring you back to present. When you feel yourself spinning on making the big move, go do that, do the fear exercise and THEN see what drops in. You will KNOW! The vibe is learning to source your own answers/power.

Start normalizing how you feel before you move into processing - the more you normalize how you feel the less overwhelming the feelings will be, and you'll have more space to move them.
