Please note once you get to a place in your business where you are not taking calls for your high end offers you can still use these questions as part of a questionnaire for applying to work with you. This is what I do now, and then follow up with clients via social/voxer so that I can interact with them voice to voice. This allows potential clients to still ask questions, and be in my energy. The more your clients feel connected to you, the easier it will be for them to pay you.
