Breast Massage & Embodiment

 
 

I would love for you to challenge yourself to 7 days of breast massage and journaling to start and to also weave in some Abhyanga (you can do this post challenge if you like) to see how it feels to be so intimately in touch with your body. This level of dropping into your body is key for feminine flow and receiving, and will yield long term results (beyond relaxation ;)) for you. I can’t wait to hear what comes up during your practice!

JOURNAL PROMPTS FOR AFTER YOUR PRACTICE 

  • What emotions/feelings are coming up for me?

  • What does my body feel ready to release?

  • What have I been carrying around energetically that does not belong to me?

  • What programming am I ready to release around what it means to be feminine, to be a woman?

  • How does it feel to be in my body?

  • What intuitive messages are coming through me now?

  • What is currently manifesting for me?

  • What about myself am I ready to radically claim?

 

ABHYANGA MASSAGE 

I LOVE this practice! This is essentially a full body self massage. When I used to struggle with a lot of anxiety this was the only practice that would bring me completely back down into the present and to my body. Anytime you are feeling heady, or ungrounded, or just like you want to come back home, please try on this practice. It’s a game changer
